I was surprised at all the terror and chaos. I was also surprised that some people took cover ,and others just continued with their lives like nothing was happening. I was also surprised that St.Paul's wasn't burnt down immediatley after the first phase. And most of all I was surprised that the Germans didn't continue with Phase 3.
It is a very confusing topic as to why the Germans did not continue the third phase of the blitz upon London. Although the video exclaimed that the weather had to take part in flying conditions, I believe as blood-thirsty and revenge drawn Hitler was, he would of risked the conditions. So I begin to ask myself, is there an underlying cause for the German's cancellation of the third phase?
